The main floor of Le Chateau is divided into four distinct dining areas: the Champagne Lounge (Salon Champagne), the Peacock Room (La Salle des Paons), the Riviera Room (La Salle Riviera), and the Petit Versailles Room (Le Petit Versailles), all handicap accessible. If privacy is what you desire, pocket doors can separate you and your guests from the other patrons, or they can remain open in order to enjoy the view of our adjacent rooms.
The upper floors of Le Chateau is used for private events and is divided into three distinct areas: the Private Library (La Bibliothèque), the Caesar Room (La Salle César) on the second floor and the Tower (La Tour) on the top floor. The Mons Anderson House, built in 1854, still have its original wood spiral staircase. Keeping true to the historical integrity, there is no elevator on premise.

Choose the Champagne Room, the first room to greet you, to enjoy a drink while giving you the option to look over the menu, before you are seated. Exquisite detailing and warm, classic lounge area, sets the mood with the finest Champagne. We invite you to enjoy a cocktail before your dinner and a cordial to complete your evening, while you relax by the white marble fireplace. After work, unwind with a glass from our exclusive French wine list, paired with a light fare. With intricate flooring and inset soft lighting, you will never find such eclectic harmony, curated by the best craftsman of yesteryear.
This is our signature dining room, with many examples of opulent décor, providing you with both a visual and culinary feast that will set your dining experience apart from any other. Enjoy the details of the carved black marble fireplace from Italy, as well as the intricacies from floor to ceiling, while you dine under our beautiful crystal chandelier. A point of conversation and delightful speculation, the Peacock Room is more suitable for parties of two or four, to ensure a quieter experience in European style. Classical music adds to the warmth and ambiance of this room, as well as throughout the castle.
The first dining room on the West wing of the house is the Piano Room, inspired by its French location. This room gives impressions of warm seaside gatherings, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and subtle, yet elegant décor, seating up to 12 guests. From family gatherings, business meetings, baby and wedding showers, luncheons and small parties, the Piano is a quiet and discreet room with unparalleled class and service in a relaxed European atmosphere.
Irony lies in its name as there is nothing small about the offerings of this grand example of architectural and interior design achievement. In a nod to the the Hall of Mirrors, within the Palace of Versailles, we chose to name this room the Petit Versailles, due to its beautiful crystal chandelier procured from the historic Stoddard Hotel of 1903, one of twelve chandeliers that hung in its ballroom. We can configure this room and adjacent rooms to fit your gathering needs, whether sitting or standing up to 75 guests. This includes, but is not limited to: cocktails, multi-course dining experiences, tastings, sales presentations with guest speakers and rehearsal dinners on the main floor.
This room can accommodates up to 32 for multi-course dinning, and up to 75 for cocktails and hors d´oeuvres when configured with adjacent rooms. Semi-private, handicap accessible.
Illusions of epic Roman proportions are captured in the hand painted depictions of obelisks, cherubs and masonry throughout this beautiful open-space room and ensuite, luxury bathroom. This private dining room seats up to 16. Whether it's a business meeting or luncheon, wine and cheese gathering or a multi-course tasting menu for dinner, the Caesar Room is the perfect setting to encourage the adventurous nature of your taste buds and palette. It's worth a closer look to examine and appreciate the gold infused trimmings and woodwork that this 2nd floor enclosed odyssey proudly displays. This architectural masterpiece, reminiscent of the splendor of a traditional European Chateau is breathtaking. More of a private Cathedral, housing a grand onyx fireplace, showcasing tiles from Minton & Co. in England, beautiful wood-worked shelves and cabinet displays that flow upward into the vaulted ceiling, which is made of quilted maple panels and solid-mahogany beams. The Library is an immense facilitation of large gatherings, corporate parties, seasonal celebrations, wine tasting classes, wedding ceremonies and receptions. This room seats up to 40, but can accommodate cocktail celebrations up to 100. Audio/Video equipment is available. Minimum Food & Beverage purchase or room charge will apply.

La Tour is an intimate experience in both historic architecture and table-side dining for two. This highest point of Le Chateau offers a panoramic, commanding view of La Crosse's picturesque bluff formation and the two blue bridges along the Mississippi River. Designed for significant life events, La Tour pairs this scenic view with careful preparation and attention to detail, such as: flowers, gifts, decor, music and even arranging for chauffeur services. Beginning with a one-on-one consultation with Chef Tim and in-house Sommelier Eva, together, we will create an unforgettable evening for you and your significant other. Starting at $150 per person, this includes Champagne upon your arrival, a 5-8 course tasting menu created specifically for your special occasion as well as a tour of the mansion. To prepare for our guests, we require reservations to be made at least one week in advance.
